In my previous article, the Five Most Important Things You Can Do To Stay Healthy, I focused primarily on the preventative aspect of health eating in staying healthy. At this time, I will focus on the behavioral component in healthy living. That is to say healthy living has a strong behavioral and relationship component that has to be taken control of. Health disease is often caused by unhealthy eating, smoking, and by our level of physical behavior and activity. The common thread here is human behavior which to a great extent is causally involved in major organic disorders. In fact, studies have shown that half of all organic illnesses that patients complain about have psychological factors among the basic causes.
